VIP Package
This package integrates strategic coaching with practical engagement to support your growth. Through two 50-minute coaching sessions each month, you have dedicated time to explore your goals and navigate challenges. Additionally, up to two brief laser sessions provide concentrated focus on pressing issues as they arise. Between sessions, email communication ensures you maintain momentum and stay aligned with your objectives.
Core Package
This package delivers targeted leadership growth with minimal time investment: one focused 50-minute session each month, complemented by weekly email check-ins. Monthly reviews provide strategic refinement and enhanced communication, ensuring consistent progress without overloading your schedule.
"Okay, but how much does this cost?"
If you’re looking for a hard number on this page, I get it. When I first considered hiring an executive coach, my brain threw up every barrier imaginable: I don't need help. I can handle this myself. I shouldn't spend that kind of money.
Look, I never thought in a million years I would invest that much money in coaching. But a mentor pointed out two things that completely shifted my perspective: First, elite athletes don't hire coaches because they are failing; they hire them because they are competing at the top. Second, corporate budgets routinely fund executive coaches for male leaders to accelerate their careers, while women are subtly conditioned to just work harder, take on more, and figure it out alone.
If someone had asked me back then what it was worth to stop feeling constantly exhausted, regain my weekends, and build a career with deep purpose and recognition, I would have told them it was worth a million dollars.
Working together isn't a million dollars. But I deliberately don't list fixed package prices here because I never want a number on a screen to cause you to count yourself out before we even talk.
