Hi, I’m Megan Walsh

I’d like to tell you that I had it all together and that’s why you should trust me. But I didn’t, and I learned from that, and perhaps that’s why you should trust me more.

I’ve been the woman who was a high-performer and an expert at invisible labor. I was the "glue," the team mom, and the reliable presence—and I watched men with half my empathy get promoted. My career was built on dedication, but my nervous system was built on burnout.

The truth I learned? You don't have a productivity problem. You have a visibility and influence problem.

My Shift: I stopped accepting too much and tolerating too little. I realized I was subtly reinforcing the systems that kept me invisible. Success wasn't about grinding harder; it was about shifting my internal wiring. This breakthrough propelled me from an over-functioning Manager to a Vice President of Data Science in four years—and yes, I finally took the lunch break.

Today, I help women unlearn the performance conditioning that keeps them stuck. The result? Undeniable recognition, unwavering respect, and the internal peace that comes when you finally decide to take up space—and feel safe doing it.

Together, we focus on grounded clarity and strategic presence so you can:

Be seen as both powerful and human.

Experience career growth without self-sacrifice.

Speak with clarity, lead without apology, and finally rest without guilt.
